Job Description:

We are looking for Business Process Associate who helps to scope, plan and implement business process improvement projects focused on improving the effectiveness and efficiency. 

Responsibilites:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls according to defined quality, standards, policies and procedures.
  Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction in all calls.
  Attend to customer queries, concerns and complaints and provide first time call resolution.
  Ensure customer queries and concerns are accurately addressed over chats and emails.
  Escalate calls if necessary and follow proper protocols.
  Ensure compliance to all company policies and procedures.
  Keep oneself updated, aware of, and compliant to all Company policies and procedures at all times.
  Keep all company information which includes customer information confidential and secured.

Requirements:

• Must be good command over english.
  Must be graduate in any stream.
  Must be ready to work in flexible shifts.
  Must have good computer knowledge and typing speed.
  Experienced Required of atleast 1 year with BPO.
  Must have the ability to handle pressure.
