A highly regarded USA based organization which works closely with pharmaceutical and Biotech companies is looking for a dynamic Senior Business Development Manager with previous experience of networking with pharmaceutical professionals at various levels selling clinical services or Laboratories services. This is a great opportunity for someone who would like to move away from KPI and target driven role to an autonomous and promotional role.
- Business Development / Marketing strategy development and implementation for the Indian market in alignment with Global Marketing
Build relationships with stakeholders including regulators and academia.
Lead the strategy and execution of promotional activities for in-company training, eLearning, collaborative workshop/training and new event such as conferences/meetings in coordination with global marketing team.
Collaborate with other regional marketing leads to ensure consistent brand messaging, optimize sales, and execute global marketing campaigns.
Take full responsibility for EVENT operation and program development; Network with attendees, speakers, and program committee members to build relationships; generate ideas for future offerings; Lead meeting debrief with program committees and staff to determine what worked well, improvements to be made, as well as ne
- Strong marketing/ Business development / Brand management experience.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in professional meeting management and event coordination.
Minimum of seven years’ experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare or life sciences in a progressively challenging role.
Strong computer skills, networking skills
Self-motivated, desire to learn, quick adaptability, able to work independently and under tight timelines
