Responsibilites:

• Enter And Update Customer Information In The Database.
  Handle Grievances To Preserve The Company’s Reputation.
  Keep Records Of Calls And Sales And Note Useful Information

Requirements:

• Calling, customer service, voice, support Candidate with good customer service skills would be preferred.Candidate should have 0 year experience Selected candidates will have choice to work either in Day or Night shifts.
