Job Description:

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Voice profile handling Inbound and O CS & Sales Calls from US customers.
Must have good Sales Skills and be Target Oriented.
Good understanding of Soft skills, Telephone etiquette
Must possess Professional & Positive attitude.
Able to learn new skills quickly and deliver results.

Responsibilites:

• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction in all calls.
  Attend to customer queries, concerns and complaints and provide first time call resolution.
  Ensure customer queries and concerns are accurately addressed over chats and emails.
  Escalate calls if necessary and follow proper protocols.

Requirements:

• Fluent English communication skills.
  Undergraduate/Graduate can apply.
  Should be flexible to work in NIGHT.
  Should have minimum experience of 6 months with International BPO having experience in the same field.
  Should be flexible for Inbound/Outbound Voice Process.
