Job Description:

Customer Care Executive (CCE) for Domestic BPO Process.
Language skills Required: English + HINDI + PUNJABI.
Handling Inbound & Outbound Customer calls (Domestic BPO process).
Answering inbound calls for non tech and semi tech processes.

Responsibilites:

• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction in all calls.
  Attend to customer queries, concerns and complaints and provide first time call resolution.
  Ensure customer queries and concerns are accurately addressed over chats and emails.
  Escalate calls if necessary and follow proper protocols.

Requirements:

• Graduate With Excellent Communication Skills With Computer Knowledge Can Apply
  Good communication skills.
  Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction in all calls.
