Job Description:

ITES ,International BPO / KPO / Customer Service / Operations.
Transport free in Night shift for Junior Analyst.
Voice and Chat process for International Client.

Responsibilites:

• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction in all calls.
  Attend to customer queries, concerns and complaints and provide first time call resolution.
  Ensure customer queries and concerns are accurately addressed over chats and emails.
  Escalate calls if necessary and follow proper protocols.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  Ability to quickly and efficiently assimilate process knowledge.
  Professional in conduct/behavior, appearance and communication.
  Understanding of web technology and cable setup.
  Must be reliable in terms of attendance and timing.
