Job Description:

Providing telephone and remote diagnostic technical support related to installation, operation, configuration, customization, performance, and usage of assigned products.
Sales and Delivery of Technical Services and Support for major Printers,Routers,Computers,I-pads.
Troubleshoot and resolve client tech issues related to computers, routers, and printers. Fixation of Virus and Malware intrusion Etc.
Diagnosis & resolving of the hardware problems and troubleshooting.
Verifies warranty entitlement and determines appropriate action.
Applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures.
Documents problems in the support solution database for diagnostics and solution implementation.
Provides basic remote deployment, maintenance and consulting service.

Responsibilites:

• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction in all calls.
  Attend to customer queries, concerns and complaints and provide first time call resolution.
  Ensure customer queries and concerns are accurately addressed over chats and emails.
  Escalate calls if necessary and follow proper protocols.

Requirements:
