Job Description:

Candidates required in BPO sector(Domestic and international). Qualification +2/graduation/post graduation. Both male/female can apply.

Responsibilites:

• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction in all calls.
  Attend to customer queries, concerns and complaints and provide first time call resolution.
  Ensure customer queries and concerns are accurately addressed over chats and emails.
  Escalate calls if necessary and follow proper protocols.
