Job Description:

BPO sector is hiring candidates. Qualification 10th/ +2/graduation/post graduation. Both male/female can apply.

Responsibilites:

• Arranging and maintaining the sessions
  Answering requests of the customers
  Maintaining all the data related to students taking feedback, retaining and upgrading students plan, Guiding customers, handling Live Chats etc.
  Coordinating with tutors and students for the sessions.
  should have experience in International BPO (voice process).
  Should have experience in sales, up selling and cross selling.

Requirements:

• Candidate with good customer service skills would be preferred.Selected candidates will have choice to work either in Day or Night shiftsBoth freshers as well as experienced candidates can applyCandidate should have good client servicing skills
