We are hiring for Quality Analyst who has relevant experience of 1-4 years in an international BPO.
Responsibilites:
Auditing calls on daily basis and providing timely feedback to agents
Develop & maintain quality reports.
Analyze data and identify issues/best practices.
Ensure adherence to all process guidelines and compliance matricesDesired Profile
Requirements:
Should have min. 1-4 years work experience as a Quality Analyst in an international BPO.
Good knowledge of MS Office
Good analytical skills.
Have zeal to perform
Excellent Communication skills
