Job Description:

We are hiring for SEO Trainee that must have knowledge about SEO and digital marketing and must have ability to manage all the tasks. 

Responsibilites:

• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction in all calls.
  Attend to customer queries, concerns and complaints and provide first time call resolution.
  Ensure customer queries and concerns are accurately addressed over chats and emails.
  Escalate calls if necessary and follow proper protocols.

Requirements:

• Keyword research using Google keyword planne.
  Search engine optimization (SEO) knowledge.
  Google ad words campaign setup.
  Social Media Marketing using Facebook, Twitter, Google plus etc.
