Job Description:

We are looking for an Online Marketing Executive who has well experience and proven records with Conversion Rate Optimization, PPC and Lead Generation. Must have good knowledge and Understanding of web/mobile technologies and languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Google Analytics). The ideal candidate will possess an eye for detail and a mind that is both analytical and creative.

Responsibilites:

• Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers Plan and monitor the on-going company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.) Launch optimized online adverts through Google AdWords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness Collaborate with designers to improve user experience Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends etc.) Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of pay-per click, conversion rate optimization and email marketing experience. Lead Generation expert Familiarity with online advertising platforms such as AdWords, Bing Ads, Yahoo Gemini, and Facebook. Manages tactical SEO initiatives including on-site optimizations, keyword analysis, web content development. A ‘can-do’ attitude and passion for online marketing. Ability to perform click through rate, conversion, spend and creative analysis to identify growth/optimization opportunities. That entrepreneurial spirit to improve processes– from planning to strategy to delivery Strong oral and written communication skills. Self-starter with a positive personality, highly-energized and creative thinker. Comfortable interacting with C-level executives. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Passion for reading and staying up-to-date with latest search engine industry news. Sales experience is preferred.
