Responsibilites:

• In this role, the person will work on the complete life cycle of many different projects. Everything from client requirements to wire frames to DB design to software design and development. Our goal is to deliver growth for the candidates as we work together.

Requirements:

• An education in Software Development of any kind. It is not mandatory that you have a degree. During the interview process, we will be looking at work done more than any educational qualifications. It is just important for the person to have studied Computer Science in some form. Knowledge Of ROR and having some Ruby On Rails work done in the past (personal or professional) HTML, CSS & JS since almost every project has a web application part to it. A good understanding of Object Oriented Design and what that means in terms of software development. A good understanding of DB design and having some experience working with DBs like MySQL, Postgres etc Freshers with 0 experience may also apply. However, a portfolio of work in terms of projects done will be used to understand the level of skill. Good communication in English is a MUST.
