Responsibilites:

  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties. Provide clerical and administrative support. Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies). Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc). Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
Requirements:
  • Key Skills - PC literacy (MS Office, in particular) and Hands on experience with an HRIS or HRMS. Industry - Any Industry Education - Any Graduate Salary - As per knowledge
