Your Mission : ? Work with Lead Developer and Support Leadership to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues that are affecting various areas of our product (backend jobs, 3rd party integrations, UI bugs, etc.) ? Analyze code and system workflows to discover root cause of support issues affecting customers ? Write clean and legible code with comments regarding the changes that is being made ? Modify and enhance tools that empower our support staff to handle common support-related issues ? Identify potential issues with 3rd party integrations (REST, SOAP, FTP) using various data formats (JSON, XML, CSV) and varying workflows ? Work with other team members and explain core workflows and behaviors so documentation can be built accordingly ? Review and fix bad exception workflows in code so errors are handled correctly and insightful error messages are reported Requirements : ? Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering ? 3+ years of experience
