Requirements:- • 5+ years of experience in domestic IT recruitment. • Experience in handling a team of recruiters • CLIENT management experience • Strong Verbal and written communication skills. • Exceptional time-management and organizational skills. Job & Responsibilities:- • Recruitment, Training & Development of Recruiters • Handle a team of 4-8 Recruiters. • Work as SPOC for client and fulfilling their hiring mandates. • Relationship management with client. • Achieving direct and team target of joining. • Learn, explore and adopt the modern and latest technology in recruitment. • Manage end-to-end recruitment process starting from sourcing, ensure attendance of candidate in interview, offer negotiation, timely joining and retention completion • Maintaining all MIS and be updated with the latest affairs. **************** • 5 Days working (9:30 to 6:30) • Work from office • Good Incentives
