1) Identify staff vacancies and recruit interview and select applicants. 2) Handling the complete Recruitment process, Scheduling and organizing the Interview, and Maintenance of candidate records. 3) Employee Records, Maintaining the records of new joinees and existing employees. 4) Handling documentation such as MIS, Appointment letters, relieving letters, and appraisal letters. 5) Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts, and helping resolve work-related problems. 6) Scheduling and managing events, programs and other co-curricular activities. Exp:- 1 to 2 Yrs 5 days working from the office Salary:- 20K
