• Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques. Must have good knowledge on IT profiles. Must have good knowledge on recruitment portals (Indeed, Naukri.com, Linked in. Duties also include assisting or maintaining the day to day HR activities carried out in an organization. Whilst doing that, an executive must also keep in mind the HR policies and various processes and other important documents. Manage employees’ grievances Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software (including HRIS and ATS) Oversee daily operations of the HR department
