• -Experience - Fresher or above -Building competitive portfolios on portals to generate leads. -Quality project selection and bidding. -Lead Generation through online portals like Upwork, Freelancer, PPH , etc. -Must have Excellent Communication & Writing Skills. -Must have exp in writing Proposal / Costing/ Negotiations/ prepare project schedules. -Approach potential clients & develop leads through research, cold-calling, emails, professional networking, -and strategizing with contacts, etc. -based on work take too much incentive.
