Job Description:

We are looking for an HR Executive to manage our company’s recruiting, learning and development and employee performance programs. HR Executive responsibilities include creating referral programs, updating HR policies and overseeing our hiring processes. To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of labor legislation. Ultimately, you will make strategic decisions for our company so that we hire, develop and retain qualified employees.

Responsibilites:

  • 1. Responsible for completion on online onboarding formalities. 2. Cross checking the candidate details with the documents submitted such as Pan Card, Aadhar Card 3. Ensuring completion of statutory forms such as ESIC, PF and Gratuity and checking the forms for correctness of details. 4. Generation of appointment letter, cross checking the details for correctness such as Designation , CTC, job location etc 5. Employee Code creation post joining of employee 6. Handling employee queries regarding onboarding and handholding candidates to correctly fill their details on the online portal 7. Knowledge of MS Excel.
Requirements:
  • 1.Full time MBA in HR or Graduate with Minimum 4-5 years Experience in recruitment. 2. Should be well versed with employee documentation and knwoledge of ESIC , PF , Gratuity Forms.
