Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our business needs and technological solutions, ensuring effective communication and project success.

Responsibilites:

• 1. Analyse client’s business requirements and processes through document analysis, interviews, workshops, and workflow analysis. 2. Communicate client’s business requirements by constructing easy-to-understand data and process models. 3. Provide input into developing and modifying systems to meet client needs and develop business specifications support these modifications. 4. Liaise between business and technical personnel to ensure a mutual understanding of process and applications. 5. Translate stakeholder requirements into over 10 different tangible deliverables such as functional specifications, use cases, user stories, workflow/process diagrams, data flow/data model diagrams. 6. Draft and maintain business requirements and align them with functional and technical requirements. 7. Facilitate monthly meetings with clients to document requirements and explore potential solutions.

Requirements:

• 1. Responsible for managing the project related to all the work. 2. Coordinating with the clients and working accordingly. 3. Collecting data from the clients. 4. Generating reports and sending to the clients as well as seniors. 5. Analysing the working on project working. 6. According to analysis making the improvement plans. 7. Motivating the team members for working. 8. Responsible for training of the new resources in the support staff. 9. Managing the project's budget and accordingly planning for the future activities. 10. Must have experience in using Communication Channels like Slack & Microsoft Teams. 11. Must have prior experience with Business Analytics Tools & Scrum.
