Your ability to understand client requirements and create persuasive proposals will be key to our business growth.

Responsibilites:

• 1. Identify and research potential projects and clients on various online platforms. 2. Analyze project requirements and client needs to create tailored proposals. 3. Write compelling bid responses that highlight our strengths and capabilities. 4. Submit bids and proposals in a timely manner while adhering to platform guidelines. Follow up with clients to address questions and negotiate terms. 5. Collaborate with the internal team to gather necessary information for bids. 6. Maintain records of bids, communication, and project outcomes.

Requirements:

• 1. Proven experience as an Online Bidder or in a similar role. 2. Strong understanding of online bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr etc. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Ability to create persuasive and client-focused proposals. 5. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. 6. Familiarity with project management concepts is a plus. 7. Self-motivated and proactive approach to bidding.
