Should Expert in handling Big websites/Portals.
Experience in ethical practices to improve site's ranking and traffic.
SMO (Social Media Optimization): Promotion of Facebook, G+, Twitter.
Good Knowledge of ORM, Increase online Presence.
Problem Solving Skills.
Should be able to work on target based SEO work, Plan and Execute SEO White Hat Tacts and Strategies.
Keyword Analysis.
Competitor Analysis.
CSS, W3C, RSS Directory Submissions, Widget Creation, Social Bookmarking, Inbound and Outbound Link Building.

Responsibilites:

• You should have a background in software development industry, academically and / or professionally.
  Should have an experience in SEO/SEM expert to manage all search engine optimization and marketing activities.
  Should have good knowledge of Social Media Marketing.
  Willingness to work hard to achieve company's commitments.
  Should have knowledge of Developing, implementing & optimizing search engine strategies including SEO on- page & off- page optimization.
  She/he must be well updated with recent changes in SEO
