We are looking to hire Freelancer Bidding Manager/ Bidder (Bidding in IT Sector), who are responsible for the proposal of bids for existing and new clients for projects. They has to ensure about the smooth running of the bid for a project to complete and submitted on time, financial parameters, and manages the relationship with the client.

Preferred Location of Job: Online Job anywhere from India or Work From Home or Office.
Process:
1. Skype Interview
2. One time Face 2 Face interview with complete documentation & contract etc.
3. Submit Weekly or Monthly progress reports.

Responsibilites:

• >Responsible for the quality of all features of the bid, including presentations and written documents
  >Make sure all bid documentation is clear, brief and crucially compelling
  >Generate business through Upwork, Freelancer & Guru for Website designing & Development, SEO, SMO and SEM.
  >Maintain efficient projects for all online bidding process
  >Analyze and identify projects on different channels and assist in bidding process
  >Determined suitable company report or profile on all online bidding sites
  >Monitor dissimilar channels and managed various businesses
  >Managed all communication with clients by Skype, Yahoo, MSN, Gmail and etc. to convert all bids
  >Coordinate with various stakeholders, identify budgets, undertaking research and other responsibilities all act as part of this process.
  

Requirements:

• > B.Tech/M.Tech (CSE, IT), BCA/MCA Only
  >1+ year experience of working in bidding online and generating revenue
  >Admirable vocal and written communication skills without any grammatical mistake.
  >Able to understand in great detail the needs and requirements of the customer
  >Able to write web content, draft emails and proposals
  >Able to motivate a team
  >Can demonstrate effective bid writing skills
