We are looking for a dedicated, creative fresher/experienced to join our HR team in identifying hiring needs and filling job openings with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilites:

• 1. Drafting and posting job descriptions on multiple job boards.
  2. Sourcing candidates from Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.
  3. Conducting initial phone screening and interview coordination.
  4. Building candidate relations, ensuring end-to-end follow-ups.
  5. Tracking applicants and keeping them informed throughout the process.
  6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines consistently.

Requirements:

  2. Excellent communication and creativity skills.
  3. Basic knowledge of Recruiting techniques.
  4. Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.
