They actively engage in online bidding, lead generation, and client communication to secure contracts and projects for their organization. Online Bidders play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding the client portfolio.

Responsibilites:

• 1. Identify and pursue business opportunities on online platforms.
  2. Generate leads and tailor proposals to client requirements.
  3. Engage with clients through emails, chats, and calls.
  4. Conduct price negotiations and secure contracts within budgets.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics.
  6. Maintain records of proposals, client interactions, and contracts.

Requirements:

• 1. Candidates must have excellent communication and writing skills.
  2. Candidates should know to write proposals for projects, set up portfolios on websites.
  3. Candidates should have strong convincing power and must be serious towards his/ her job responsibilities.
  4. Experience candidates should have hands-on experience on UpWork, GURU, Freelance etc.
  5. He/ She should have the ability to handle the team and get the work done from their side.
