Job Description:

We're looking to hire a self-motivated person in our HR Department who's looking for a long term opportunity. It's a Work from Office opportunity , please only apply if you have stability in your candidature.

Responsibilites:

• 1. End to end Talent Recruitment starting from sourcing to Interview process followed by HR Round, Offers, Appointment, Negotiations and Joining process.
  2. Experience in planning & scheduling Induction, and training programs for new joiners as well as the existing employees.
  3. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  4. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  5. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance & Conduct regular surveys and HR sessions
  6. Support current and future business needs through the development, employee engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  7. Knowledge of Payroll, PF, ESI, TDS (optional)

Requirements:

• 1. Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written)
  2. Experience required- 2-7 years (in IT Only)
  3. Should be a Graduate, MBA(HR) will be preferred
  4. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  5. Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  6. Proactive
