Responsibilites:

• 1. Oversee full cycle of recruitment efforts.
  2. Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts, and employee termination process.
  3. Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
  4. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities.
  5. Proven experience as an HR Generalist.
  6. Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
  7. Good knowledge of employment/labour laws.
  8. Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems.
  9. Excellent communication and people skills.
  10. Aptitude in problem-solving.
  11. Must have experience in IT recruitment.
  12. Should have Experience in Policy formulation.

Requirements:

• 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or a related area.
  2. 2 to 4 years of experience working in Human Resources in an IT Company.
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
