Job Description:

We are hiring HR Executive who has good hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment along with other HR functions. The role included 70% recruitment and 30% generalist profile.

Responsibilites:

  • 1. Handling End to End IT Recruitment.
    2. Screening, Sourcing and Scheduling.
    3. Sourcing the right candidates through job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn etc.
    4. Getting offer released and following up with candidates till joining.
    5. Conducting Induction and taking care of the onboarding process.
    6. Effectively using the personal network, and employee referrals to close the position.
    7. Managing employee records and updating employee database as per SOP requirements.
    8. Handling the employee separation process and off-boarding formalities.
    9. Maintaining Attendance Records.
    10. Organizing regular Employee Engagement Activities.
Requirements:
  • 1. Must have good communication, written skills and interpersonal skills.
    2. Candidate should have positive attitude and able to work in a team.
    3. Should be ready to take responsibilities and always ready to learn new things.
    4. Should be able to prioritize the work.
