Responsibilites:

• 1 Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and partnerships.
  2. Building and nurturing relationships with prospective clients and partners.
  3. Developing and executing effective sales and growth strategies.
  4. Meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue objectives.
  5. Conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform decisions.
  6. Reporting on market trends and business development activities.

Requirements:

• 1. Excellent knowledge and experience in various online bidding portals like Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, etc.
  2. Strong English communication skills
  3. Understand client requirements, client handling
  4. Ability to create a business proposal, time, and estimate of the projects.
  5. Negotiations with clients, interaction with the technical team, new technologies handling and dispute resolution with clients.
  6. Ability to create a business proposal (Requirements Understanding document, Flow diagrams, rough wireframes/sketches), Cost/Time estimates, etc.
  7. Negotiations with clients, interaction/discussing the requirements with the technical team.
  8. Staying up to date with the latest market trends, passion to learn new things.
