• 1. Monitor computer systems for optimal performance and efficiency.
  2. Execute scheduled jobs and ensure timely data processing.
  3. Perform routine system backups and data restoration activities.
  4. Respond promptly to system alerts and resolve issues.
  5. Maintain accurate records of system and network activities.
  6. Assist in hardware and software installations and configurations.
  7. Follow security protocols to safeguard system integrity and data.
  8. Provide technical support for end-users and troubleshoot problems.
  
  
  
   

Requirements:

• 1. Assembling, arranging, and getting ready papers, materials, and data for data input.
  2. Doing research to gather data for missing papers and materials.
  3. Checking the accuracy of all documents and information, and notifying the supervisor of any mistakes or discrepancies.
  4. Establishing frequent backups and digital databases to store data.
  5. Maintaining databases, archives, and filing systems up to date.
  6. Database monitoring, review, and error or consistency correction.
  7. Creating and exporting spreadsheets, documents, and data reports as necessary.
  8. Completing administrative activities such as filing, monitoring office supplies, scanning, and printing as required.
