Job Description:

As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the human resources functions of our organization. You will be responsible for a variety of HR activities, including but not limited to recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively.

Responsibilites:

  • 1. Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
    2. Managing employee onboarding and orientation processes.
    3. Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
    4. Providing support in employee performance management and evaluation.
    5. Handling employee relations and addressing employee concerns in a timely and effective manner.
    6. Managing HR documentation and maintaining accurate records.
    7. Collaborating with other departments to ensure HR initiatives align with organizational goals.
Requirements:
  • 1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    2. 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar HR role.
    3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
    5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    6. Proficient in MS Office applications.
