Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Sr. HR Executive with extensive experience in human resources management. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, demonstrate expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and strategic HR planning. Adept at implementing HR policies to foster a positive workplace culture, the Sr. HR Executive will play a pivotal role in driving organizational success through effective people management.

Responsibilites:

  • 1.  Overlooking the functions of HR Team and Recruitment
    2. Conducting HR Round of interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process
    3.  Building connections and Tie-ups with Colleges and Institutions and conducting Recruitment Drives
    4.  Communicating and explaining the organization's policies to the employees
    5.  Preparing and submitting all relevant letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management
    6.  Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality
    7.  Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities
    8.  Maintaining and regularly updating the master database of each employee
    9.  Resolving grievances or queries of any of the employees after discussion with the Managers.
Requirements:
  • 1. Strategic workforce planning and talent acquisition expertise.
    2. Proven employee relations management and conflict resolution skills.
    3. In-depth knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations.
    4. Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing HR policies.
    5. Proficiency in HRIS systems and data-driven decision-making.
    6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
    7. Strong leadership with the ability to mentor and develop staff.
    8. Adept at conducting training programs for employee development.
    9. Track record in fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
