Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced web developer who is proficient in building and maintaining dynamic websites (including mobile websites). The candidate should be innovative, have good design sense, and be able to find technical solutions where needed. You will be working in a start-up environment so the candidate has to be self-motivated and keen on finishing project deadlines on time without much supervision at times even, yet deliver and achieve milestones within decided time frames. Responsibilites:

• 1. ?Code and implement website features ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, interpret, and implement requirements.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to website development and functionality.
  4. Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies within web development.
  5. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for various projects.
  6. Conduct thorough testing to ensure website functionality, usability, and compatibility.
  7. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  8. Keep abreast of security best practices and implement necessary measures.

Requirements:

• 1. Proven object-oriented design and analysis skills.
  2. Proficient in WordPress, HTML5, PHP, Javascript /jQuery etc.
  3. Working knowledge of frameworks like Laravel, and Cakephp is ideal.
  4. Database development skills (MySQL) preferred.
  5. Proficient in test-driven development Knowledge of SEO will be a plus.
  6. Have innovative and analytical mindset.
  7. Ability to manage high levels of ambiguity and make progress on project work.
  8. Experience creating e-commerce and other portals from inception till completion including payment method integration.
  9. A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices.
  10. Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen.
