Job Description:

Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, chat.Strong verbal and written communication, clear and professional interactions.Address inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.Stay informed about products/services to offer accurate solutions.

Responsibilites:

• Should attain FCR while addressing customer queries in the blend of Voice, Chat and Email (Inbound & Outbound)
  Should maintain professional standards while assisting the customers and serve resolution based on the defined standard operating procedure
  Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests to achieve customer delight
