We are seeking a professional Office Receptionist to join our IT company. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a positive and welcoming experience.

Responsibilites:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
    Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
    Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is tidy.
    Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as scheduling appointments and meetings.
    Support HR and other departments with basic office duties.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    Organized, with a friendly and approachable attitude.
    Previous receptionist or customer service experience is a plus
