Job Description:

As a telecaller, you are responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely. You are also responsible for solving questions in regard to the product or service provided by the company.

Responsibilites:

• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
  Explain product features, benefits, and pricing.
  Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries.
  Generate daily reports on call performance and sales conversion.

Requirements:

• • Previous telecalling experience and skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively over the phone.
  • Persuasion and negotiation skills.
