We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in real estate sales, team leadership, and client relationship management. This role demands excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the property market, and the ability to convert leads into successful deals.
 
 

Responsibilites:

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
      Develop and implement effective sales strategies for residential and commercial projects.
      Handle walk-in clients, inbound inquiries, and site visits; convert prospects into bookings.
      Build strong relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and channel partners.
      Personally handle key clients and oversee end-to-end deal closure—from first interaction to agreement signing and payment follow-ups.
      Coordinate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals and maximize lead conversion.
      Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
      Maintain deep knowledge of current inventory, pricing, and real estate market trends.</
Requirements:
  • Requirements:
    • 4–6 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial or team lead role.
      Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the real estate sector.
      Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
      In-depth knowledge of local property market, legal norms, and documentation process.
