Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms. You will be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies, engaging with the online community, analyzing performance metrics, and supporting brand growth through innovative campaigns.

Responsibilites:

• • Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, image, video, stories, reels) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
  • Monitor, respond to, and engage with the online community in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, clicks, followers) and generate performance reports.
  • Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Assist in running paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Coordinate influencer collaborations and social partnerships.
  • Monitor competitors' social media activity and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• • Must have experience in the IT industry with hands-on work across all project categories.
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, etc.).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in English.
  • Basic graphic design skills (using Canva, Photoshop, or similar).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and digital marketing fundamentals is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with an ability to interpret data and trends.
