We are looking for a confident and proactive Telecaller to join our team. You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a vital role in guiding them through visa processes and booking consultations.

Responsibilites:

• • Make outbound calls to potential clients from our verified lead list.
    Explain visa options such as Study Visa and Tourist Visa.
    Guide clients on document requirements and eligibility criteria.
    Schedule consultations with our immigration counselors.
    Maintain client records in the CRM and follow up regularly.
    Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
    Deliver top-notch customer service and represent our brand with professionalism.

Requirements:

    Strong sales and negotiation abilities
    Ability to handle high call volumes
    Experience in customer service or telemarketing role
    Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
    Basic computer skills
