Job Description:

We are hiring a motivated and detail-oriented Study Visa Counselor. The role involves guiding students through the entire study abroad process for Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and other countries.

Responsibilites:

• • Counsel students about study visa options for multiple countries based on their academic profiles and career goals
  • Assist with university/course selection, eligibility checks and documentation
  • Provide accurate information on admission and visa requirements
  • Follow up with students to ensure timely application and enrollment
  • Convince and retain students through effective communication
  • Support and mentor junior team members (for experienced candidates)
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in visa regulations and university policies
  • Maintain detailed records of each student’s counseling and application progress

Requirements:

• • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any stream
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in study visa counseling (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of international admissions, visa procedures, and documentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Target-driven and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly personality with a student-centric approach
