Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Manual QA Tester to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate should have experience in manual testing, API testing using Postman and bug tracking using JIRA. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of web and mobile applications through structured testing and collaborative teamwork.

Responsibilites:

• • Develop and execute detailed test cases, test plans and test scenarios for web and mobile applications
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and UI testing
  • Conduct API testing using Postman to validate request-response accuracy and error handling
  • Identify, document, and track bugs and issues in JIRA with appropriate severity and priority
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to ensure product quality
  • Validate defect fixes and perform re-testing
  • Prepare test data and conduct exploratory testing when needed
  • Provide QA status reports and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes

Requirements:

• • 1–3 years of experience in Manual Testing
  • Proficient in creating test cases, test scenarios, and test plans
  • Solid understanding of API testing concepts with hands-on experience using Postman
  • Experience using JIRA for defect logging and test cycle tracking
  • Basic understanding of SDLC and STLC
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Good communication and documentation skills
