Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, increasing sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high store standards. The Store Manager should be a team player with strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilites:

• • Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Lead, train, and supervise store staff to maintain high levels of productivity and customer service.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order new merchandise as needed.
  • Set sales goals and develop strategies to achieve them.
  • Handle customer complaints and queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, policies, and updates.
  • Manage budgets and optimize expenses to improve profitability.
  • Maintain the visual appearance of the store, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked.

Requirements:

• • Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficient in MS Office and retail management software (e.g., POS systems).
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
