Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced SEO Team Lead to oversee the execution of SEO strategies and manage a team of SEO specialists to deliver optimal results for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for leading SEO campaigns, ensuring effective implementation of strategies, and interacting directly with clients to provide valuable insights and regular updates. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both technical SEO expertise and strong team management skills.

Requirements:

• • Minimum 2 years experience in a team lead or management position.
  • Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. In-depth knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
  • Proven ability to interact directly with clients, manage relationships, and understand client needs and goals.
  • Experience in managing, mentoring, and developing SEO teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex SEO concepts in an easy-to understand manner.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose SEO issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple SEO projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and delivery.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and how these technologies impact SEO.
