We are looking for a confident and proactive Telecaller to join our team. You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a vital role in guiding them through visa processes and booking consultations.

Responsibilites:

• • Make outbound calls to potential clients from our verified lead list.
  • Explain visa options such as Study Visa and Tourist Visa.
  • Guide clients on document requirements and eligibility criteria.
  • Schedule consultations with our immigration counselors.
  • Maintain client records in the CRM and follow up regularly.
  • Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
  • Deliver top-notch customer service and represent our brand with professionalism.

Requirements:

• • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to handle high call volumes
  • Experience in customer service or telemarketing role
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
  • Basic computer skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
