Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming cab booking calls and messages.
  • Coordinate with drivers and vendors for timely pickups & drops.
  • Maintain booking records and daily reports.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate information.
  • Always ensure excellent customer service experience.
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to use mobile apps.
  • Previous experience in customer service / call centre / travel desk preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
