A Pharmaceutical Sales & Marketing Manager develops and executes strategies to boost product sales, leading sales teams, managing campaigns, building HCP relationships, analyzing market data, and ensuring strict regulatory compliance, all while driving brand awareness and achieving targets for prescription drugs or medical devices. They bridge sales and marketing, managing budgets, creating promotional materials, and mentoring teams to align with overall business goals.

    • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales force.
    • Market Analysis: Conduct research on trends, competitor activities, and customer (HCP) needs to find new opportunities.
    • Sales Execution: Drive sales, meet targets, and oversee promotional events, digital campaigns, and doctor engagement.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Medical, Regulatory, Finance, and Product teams.
    • Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to pharmaceutical regulations (e.g., FDA, local bodies).
