Job Description:

An Administrative Assistant provides essential clerical and organizational support, keeping daily office operations smooth by managing schedules, handling correspondence (emails, calls), maintaining files/databases, preparing documents, coordinating meetings/travel, ordering supplies, and supporting staff, acting as a central communication hub with strong organizational, multitasking, and computer skills. 

Responsibilites:

  • Key Responsibilities
    • Communication: Answering phones, managing emails, greeting visitors, drafting correspondence (memos, reports).
    • Scheduling: Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings/conferences.
    • Record Keeping: Creating and maintaining physical and electronic filing systems, databases, and contact lists.
    • Document Preparation: Typing, editing, and formatting documents, presentations, and reports.
    • Office Management: Ordering supplies, managing inventory, and coordinating with vendors.
    • Travel & Expenses: Booking travel arrangements and processing expense reports.
    • Support: Providing general administrative assistance to managers and teams, often
    Requirements:
    • Essential Skills & Qualifications
      • Proven experience as an admin assistant or similar role.
      • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office software.
      • Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking abilities.
