We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to handle Interior Design, Renovation, and Civil Work projects across India. The candidate should be capable of managing projects from planning to execution while ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
?? Manage and execute interior fit-out, renovation, and civil projects.
?? Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and site teams.
?? Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, and timelines.
?? Conduct site visits and ensure smooth project execution.
?? Review site measurements, layouts, drawings, and project progress.
?? Handle BOQ, billing, material planning, and vendor management.

Requirements:

  ?? Experience in Interior Fit-Out, Renovation, and Civil Construction Projects.
  ?? Proficiency in AutoCAD.
  ?? Ability to take site measurements and prepare/check layouts.
  ?? Strong understanding of architectural, interior, and civil drawings.
  ?? Experience in BOQ preparation, billing, and project management.
  ?? Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
  ?? Willingness to travel and work at project sites across India.
  ?? Good knowledge of MS Excel and project reporting.
