Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to connect with potential customers, explain our solar solutions, generate qualified leads, schedule appointments for our sales team, and maintain customer relationships.

Responsibilites:

• • Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads. 
  • Answer inbound customer inquiries professionally. 
  • Explain the benefits of installing rooftop solar systems. 
  • Qualify customer requirements and generate genuine sales leads. 
  • Schedule appointments for field sales representatives. 
  • Follow up with interested customers until closure. 
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the 

Requirements:

• • Excellent communication skills in Hindi. 
  • Basic English communication is preferred. 
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. 
  • Positive attitude with a customer-first approach. 
  • Comfortable making 100–150 calls per day. 
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, WhatsApp, Email). 
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets
